Back To Work

Currently Reading: Finally finished Handle With Care:) Loved this one, though I was disappointed in the ending, and am looking forward to her next one. I also finished Sandra Cox's Makita, and found myself in happy tears at the end. I love her Cats of Catarou series, and so does my daughter S. Makita is a definite Recommended Read! Next up: Chapter 2 and rest of Regina's Lone Star Lycan:)

Important! Need to know which of my fellow blogmates have their books in Kindle version! HS friend has ordered a Kindle and wants Recommended Authors from me! Barb's the only one I could think of this morning. So please chime in with any titles available on Kindle and I'll pass them on to her:)

Took the family to our favorite Chinese buffet after Church yesterday and this is what my fortune said:

'Tomorrow your creative side will shine forth with exceptional ideas'.

Always encouraging to know, given that as soon as the morning chores/errands/etc. are over, I plan to sit down and finally tackle Chapter Six of Teacher's Pet, and rewrite some of the wrong legal details! I also plan to bite the bullet and send out book #3 of the Arbor U series, Forbidden Love. Don't know if I'll actually get it sent off today or if I'll simply reread it, checking for POV errors. At any rate, it's been over a year since Amy's story was published, and now Keri's demanding her turn.

And speacking of my Arbor U girls, check out the Moonlight Lace Mayhem blog: I'm being interviewed over there today. Stop by and say hi, please?
Oops...sent you to the wrong link. Here it is: http://mlmya.blogspot.com/
Sorry about that!

My book should be in Kindle format in two months. Sigh. So close, yet so far away.

Anyway, I've been reading lots lately too. Finished a YA novel "Fallen" by Lauren Kate. A historical romance "Early Dawn" by Catherina Anderson. Another YA, "Found" by Magaraget Peterson Haddix, and a Paranormal Romance "Shades of Midnight" by Lara Adrian.

I liked them all, but I reccomend having the next Missing book ("Sent") by Magaraget Peterson Haddix handy when finishing "Found." It's a major cliffhanger.

Oh, I love chinese buffets -- sesame chicken takes up most of my plate.

All of my books are on Kindle--Hot Shot, Beneath the Surface, Where There's Smoke and the one out today, Breaking Daylight.

She can try some of the free downloads, too. I have Little Women and Jane Austen and other great classics that I got for free!
